Founder of Hyden: 'Diversity doesn't mean discount'

When Joanna Abeyie began her career in the media, she was hit by a sobering realisation about the lack of diversity in the sector. Spurred by her passion to improve diversity in the creative industry, the now award-winning entrepreneur, TV broadcaster, social campaigner, and Founder of recruitment firm, Hyden, has helped to place more than 3,000 diverse individuals in roles.

The brainchild of Abeyie, Hyden, which has merged with SThree, is run with her ethos still intact. We asked Abeyie to share some of her wisdom on how recruiters can better diversify their talent pools when looking for candidates.
