Candidates happy to be tested before even getting to interview

New research from ThriveMap has found that the majority of job candidates express a positive attitude towards pre-hire assessments - providing that recruiters or hiring managers communicate a realistic picture of the job and company culture.

The study found that 71% of respondents said that they would be happy to take an honest and reality-based job assessment, while 25% expressed a neutral attitude and four per cent said that they wouldn’t be happy to take one.
