Candidates are put off when firms fail to offer THIS perk

New findings suggest that UK businesses without a flexible workspace policy risk losing out on top talent. That’s according to research conducted by IWG, which shows that 80% of those in the UK would choose a job which offered flexible working over a job that didn’t.

And it seems many would prefer this benefit over other popular perks, as almost a third (28%) said they value being able to choose their work location over an increase in holiday allowance
