The British Army’s privatised recruitment drive has been branded a ‘£677million disaster’ when discussed by MPs in the House of Commons last week.
A report was generated by the Government to assess the success of the campaign, which was created by outsourcing firm Capita to boost dwindling recruitment within the armed forces, confirmed that whilst the drive had managed to spend upwards of £200million, it had "failed dismally due to its naïve and over complex nature”.
