On their quest to seek employment, many candidates will find numerous job openings, send across their CV and cover letters and sit back and wait to hear back from either the recruitment firm or the hiring manager. However, one graduate jobseeker upped the ante when it came to his job search.
Azmil Hakin took to LinkedIn and approached his job search in an entirely unique way. Taking a creative and humorous spin on his application post he wrote: “Hi, I’m looking for an interviewer to fill this seat” - which attracted the attention of many. While this may be an unusual method to attract recruiters, it has gained a lot of online traction with many connections offering to step in and help.
