Trying to recruit for some roles can be tricky. The struggle is particularly heightened if the recruiter or hiring manager receives a sparse number of applications – and a lack of candidates with suitable skillsets within that.

This problem intensifies when candidates are offered an initial job interview or trial shift with their perspective employer and they end up ghosting the opportunity – leaving the employer and recruiter at square one.
