Almost half of employers are reducing the length of time they spend on their recruitment process, in order to hire new staff quickly. 

As part of its Understanding Talent Series, totaljobs’ research found that 46% of employers said they have reduced the duration of time it takes to recruit a candidate, as the challenge to source top talent increases.
