Phaidon International appoints new Chief Executive

Phaidon International, the global micro-specialist staffing group, has appointed a new Chief Executive.

Former Managing Director of North America, Harry Youtan, has been promoted to the role.

The move is part of a number of key changes for the group’s new financial year in November 2016. These include James Brown taking the role of Managing Director of Eurasia; Kieran Behan joining as Managing Director of North America; and Adam Buck becoming Executive Chairman.

Meanwhile, the group’s Chief Operating Officer, Andrew McNeilis, has moved roles to Chief Commercial Officer.

In addition, the group’s Chief Strategy Officer, Stuart Batchelor has become Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Andy McRae, who steps down after three years.
